Mission Statement:
We hope to extend the extravagant welcome of Jesus Christ to our guests and members.

What the committee does:

  • Oversee greeter program (people who hand out bulletins)
  • Arrange the card ministry
  • Plan the residential mailing announcing the Good News of Union UCC
  • Sponsor new member classes and host a new member brunch 2 times a year
  • Hand out yard signs to members to announce Christman Eve worship
  • Plan a “Tailgate Party” on Souper Bowl Sunday for the year’s new members
  • Call new members within 6 months to a year of their joining
  • Host the “Build Your Own Sundae” event
