Mission Statement: To provide for the care and maintenance of all church property, for both current and long term needs.
What the committee does:
- Work with local contractors for current maintenance as needed.
- Review long term upgrades and improvements for church property
- Recommend to consistory yearly improvement projects, property concerns, emergency repairs and other issues.
- Work with the budget committee reviewing costs associated with heating, cooling, snow removal, general maintenance, electrical, and supplies.
