Mission
Statement
We are sisters of many faiths with many names and expressions. We believe we
are called to share the common fundamental tenets of our faith with one
another and with the world with the goal of spiritual enlightenment,
understanding and tolerance.
We
all honor a greater power
We all honor human dignity
We all honor each one's need for spiritual growth
We all honor life.

always humble, gentle, and patient. Show your love by being tolerant with one
another. Do your best to preserve the unity which the Spirit gives by means
of the peace that binds you together.”
Prayer
Heavenly one,
We are women of many faiths and traditions. We have crossed distances of both
place and mind to gather in the name of love and hope. Here tonight we ask
you to bless each of us in our common struggles. We pray for our world full
of suffering and violence. Help us to work against intolerance with hearts
full of love remembering that no occasion justifies hatred; no injustice
warrants bitterness. May peace begin in each of our hearts and through
our faith may we come to better know and love one another and be strengthened
to carry that love into our community and the world. Amen.
